- Orders to all countries outside the US and Canada, standard shipping is US rate + $12, and overnight shipping is US rate + $20. Please allow appropriate time for delivery.
Shipping Practices
United States and Canada Orders:
- Standard /Ground Shipping: In-stock merchandise generally ships via USPS one business day after receipt, and arrives 3-7 days later. If you do not have your package after a week, please contact us.
- Overnight Shipping: Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 11:30 AM Pacific Time (Monday through Friday) will be delivered to most US locations the next business day, and to other locations as soon as possible. For Overnight Air delivery: Street address (not a PO box) is required. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, Next Day delivery is generally 2 or 3 days, guaranteed. Outside the US and Canada, Next Day service is generally 3-5 days guaranteed.
Shipping Policies
- Delivery time is estimated, and covers only in-stock merchandise.
- Standard delivery orders of in-stock merchandise placed weekdays before 11:30 AM Pacific will generally be sent out within 24 hours using the Post Office, with delivery in 2-3 days. This is not a guarantee however, and tracking info is not provided.
- All orders from outside the US must be paid in US funds.
- Duties and taxes on orders for outside the US are the responsibility of the purchaser.
