How to Return or Exchange Our Products

We hope you don’t want to return Woodrow Wear products, but if you do, here’s how.

Unused or Carefully Opened Items

Despite the appearance, please try your Power Paws on your dog before contacting us. Looks can be deceiving! Power Paws may appear to be too small for your dog. You may be surprised at the amount they stretch.

  • The fit is good if you can put it on your dog and then put your finger in the sock. A proper fit is a snug, stretched sock allowing the elastic to hold the sock in place.
  • If you are not able to put  it on your dog’s foot, the sock is too small.
  • If the sock rotates (so the grip rolls to the side or top of the sock) or falls off completely, the sock is too big.

We have 3 size guides to help you find the right fit.  They are, however, still guides.  Please keep in mind that just as not everyone in your family has the same size feet, not all dogs of the same breed will have the same size feet either.  Check your size on any (or all) of the three size guides…  the Paw Print Size Chart (take extra care to print at 100%), or our  Power Paws Size Guide with weight and breed help and detailed fit instructions.

Unused or very gently used items may be returned (within 30 days of purchase) for exchange or refund.  To exchange, include a note clearly stating that you want to exchange and tell us the size you want and $3 to cover return postage and handling.  You may also call us with this information for a speedier exchange. To get a refund, include a note clearly stating that you want a refund.  Please also include a copy of your PayPal or phone order receipt.  The product cost (excluding shipping and CA sales tax, if applied) will be refunded.

Used Items & Damaged Packaging — Exchanges

Used items (items with clearly visible hair, dirt, etc), and items returned with torn or missing packaging, may be exchanged with a small additional charge.  Thank you for your understanding.  These items will be donated to a local shelter or pet charity to assure a dog benefits from them.

To exchange used, dirty, or non-packaged items, return the item with a note clearly stating that you want to “exchange this set for ___size.”  Include $5 to cover postage and handling costs.

Returns

Used items (items with clearly visible hair, dirt, etc), and items returned with torn or missing packaging, may be returned for partial credit.  Thank you for your understanding.  These items will be donated to a local shelter or pet charity.

To get a partial refund on used, dirty, or non-packaged items, return the item with a note clearly stating that you want a refund. Include  Please also include a copy of your PayPal or phone order receipt.  The 50-75% of the cost of the item (excluding shipping and CA sales tax, if applied) will be refunded within 5 business days after receipt of your item and request.

Warranty Issues

Products with a warranty defect (see Guarantees) should be returned to the address below.  Please include a note clearly stating that this is a warranty item.  Include a copy of your receipt or PayPal order as proof of warranty time period.
