Every product sold by Woodrow Wear comes with a series of guarantees. By building quality products, and upholding our commitment to your satisfaction, we hope to earn not only your first order with us, but your next, and the one after that, etc.
First, all products are sold with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you buy a product and you are not completely satisfied with it when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange it for another item.
Second, all Woodrow Wear items come with a 6-month warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. (Note: this does not cover normal wear and tear.) If you feel you have a warranty claim, please call 1-877-737-3545 in the U.S., or email info@woodrowwear.com to let us know. When you return your item, please include a note clearly stating that this is a warranty item and a copy of your receipt or PayPal order as proof of warranty time period.
