All products are sold with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you buy a product and you are not completely satisfied with it when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange it for another item. Refunds will be done without question for 30 days. We also are happy to help with exchanges, customizing what you got so it fits better, etc.
In addition, all Woodrow Wear items come with a 2-month warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. (Note: this does not cover normal wear and tear.) If you feel you have a warranty claim, please contact us to let us know. Be prepared to provide your order number. We’ll ask you for photos showing the issue. Confirm if you want a replacement or a refund.
