Buying & Choosing Power Paws
- How many Power Paws socks are in a set?
- Four. Depending on your need, you can use just 2, or all 4 at once. If you need four, you have them! If you don’t, you have a spare set!
- How can I choose the size that’s right for my dog?
- Just like people in the same family, all dogs of the same breed (family) do not have the same size feet. We can come close by using weight, breed, and a foot print guides, but they are still just guides, and just based on averages — and your dog may be different. See our detailed fit guide, including a general size chart and printable paw size guide for our dog socks (PDF). If you have any questions, please call us at 877-737-3545 for assistance. And if you buy the socks from us, and they aren’t right, we will exchange them for just the cost of additional postage!
- My Power Paws fit great on two paws, but not the other two. Is it possible that my dog has different size feet?
- Believe it or not, the answer is YES! In fact, most dogs have slightly different front and back paws. Some dog breeds, however, have significantly different sized paws – meaning for a proper fit front and back, you may need two different sizes of Power Paws.
- What are Power Paws for?
- Power Paws have many uses indoors and outdoors. Why Dog Socks? will tell you all about these uses. Power Paws are also easy to care for.
- Are Power Paws available in my area?
- There are a growing number of pet retailers, vets, boutique stores, groomers across the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe that are carrying the Power Paws line of products. If your retailer or service supplier does not already carry them, ask them why! Check here for the current list of retailers, groomers, vets, and other places to buy.

- I’m a retailer or pet services provider (vet, groomer, chiropractor, therapist, etc.). Can I sell Power Paws in my shop?
- Yes. Contact us by phone, or email info@woodrowwear.com and ask about our Wholesale Program. Also see our Retail Sales page for the latest news for Retailers including our Power Paws Sock Exchange Program.
- What products do you have besides Power Paws?
- We have only the Power Paws line at this time. The most recent addition is the “Greyhound Edition” of Power Paws – the sock-based product made specific for hare-footed dogs like Greyhounds and Poodles. We do not offer other products at this time. We are currently considering a list of new products for development. We suggest subscribing to our newsletter, or liking our Facebook or Twitter pages to assure you get the most current new product information.
Ordering & Shipping
- How can I place an order?
- - By Web – processed securely through PayPal and generally ship the same day (if ordered by 2:00 Pacific)
- - By Phone - we accept all major credit cards and generally ship the same day (if ordered by 2:00 Pacific). Call us at (877) 737-3545 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday Pacific/California time.
- - By Mail – payment with checks will be processed once the check clears the bank.
- I have just ordered Power Paws. When will they arrive?
- Orders placed on this site will generally ship within 24 hours, and arrive to you in 2 to 5 business days (depending on your location and the shipping method chosen). See our Shipping Policy for more information. For those who prefer not to wait for shipping, products can also be purchased immediately from a growing number of retail stores.
- What is the return policy? And how about the exchange policy?
- Generally, items purchased from this site can be returned for a refund within 14 days if still in new, resalable condition. Exchanges (for a different size) can be done by calling ahead or sending an email. A $3.00 fee may apply for postage and restocking of exchanges. Please see our Return Policy.
- Do you ship to international destinations?
- Certainly! We can ship anywhere in the world, but additional shipping charges do apply. Our shipping charges chart gives detailed information about costs.
